Refund Policy
At Einvaldi, we stand behind the quality of our PDRN vials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 60 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- The product must have been purchased directly from our website (einvaldi.com).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the protective plastic seal on the product has been broken or tampered with.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at support@einvaldi.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days.
Important: Please do not send any returns to our warehouse unless you have contacted us first and received confirmation to proceed.
Shipping & Fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once you receive confirmation to proceed, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please include a note with your name and order number inside the package, and send us the tracking number or an image of your postage receipt to help expedite your refund.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the item and will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@einvaldi.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Medical Reasons
If you need to discontinue use of a product for medical reasons, please contact us at support@einvaldi.com. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
